Moustache lady video release – a special night for movember
Dublin band The Vagaries come back to Whelan’s this November, this follows from the acclaimed foursomes sold out Whelan’s show last December. The show is in aid of the Movember charity movement to raise funds and awareness for men’s prostate cancer. The band are embarking on a tour of the continent and will play “Le Pop in Paris” this month before hitting London, Berlin, Krakow, Amsterdam and Reykjavik, after which they are due to record with Owen Morris of Oasis and Ash fame. The group has a strong Brit Pop influence mixed overtones of Early Grunge leading to a compelling jumbo jet sound. The lads intend releasing their Movember themed video from Whelan’s as well as hosting many other special guests for a big night of cheese and roll. The Vagaries at Whelan’s is night for anyone who wants to catch one of the bands to watch for 2017 and wants to contribute to the worthy cause of the Movember campaign or simply for anyone else who wants a glimpse at what may be the future of indie.
