If Sid Vicious played midfield for Kerry, and was a funny bastard, you’d get Ronan Grace. A major force in the burgeoning Dublin comedy scene, the Kerry man hit his stride as a provocateur. Yielding roguish charm and a razor-sharp wit. Grace takes no prisoners as he whips his audience into hysterics, forcing them to grapple with inventive diatribes that balance somewhere between hope and nihilism.
An astute comedy writer, Ronan has masterminded and acted in viral comedy wonders while also doing a bit on the side for RTE’s Republic of Telly. He’s just recorded a TV pilot with pals Alison Spittle and Trevor Browne and when not trying to clean up Gotham, he’s touring Ireland in a campervan with The Lads of Comedy- for yet another TV show!
Back on stage, you can find him doing regular headline slots at Dublin’s International Comedy Club, inciting delirium in big tents at Electric Picnic and the Vodafone Comedy Festival, or nailing support slots with comedy big lads like Andrew Maxwell, Daniel Sloss and Dave McSavage.
Announcing his first solo show, the self professed Bruce Wayne of Irish comedy invites you to a night of twisted comic brilliance, delivered with a touch of grace…
