Twenty-fourteen was a busy year for Cork band Neon Atlas. Their debut album Absolute Magnitude recorded with renowned producer Ciaran O’Shea (Cyclefly) has enjoyed storming reviews. The band have recently returned from BBC studios in London where they performed a prestigious live session to over 3 million people
for the Dermot O’Leary show on BBC Radio 2. On the back of their BBC recognition they have been guests at the celebrated Dublin showcase ‘Working Class Heroes’, played in-store at Grafton Street HMV,featured on MTV’s ‘Crashes Cork’, rocked Indiependence Music Festival in their native Cork, & featured on the First Music Contact Tour with Fight Like Apes. Despite this busy schedule, the band have been growing sonically, & have recorded their follow-up to Absolute Magnitude – ‘Graffiti Reality’. Their new album will hit the stores in May 2015. This highly anticipated release will be supported with scheduled tours of venues & music festivals across the UK & Ireland.
