PURSUED BY DOGS are a four-piece from Dublin who play guitars, keys, bass, synths and computers. The band’s sound has been describe as ‘indietronica’, but they prefer this description “…at the line between sad and blissful, a fuzzy end-of-the-night type of music that’s simultaneously affecting and Rousing.”
Following their critically acclaimed debut releases ‘A Tunnel’ and ‘Iceland’ and a sold out launch show in Dublin’s Workman’s Club, PURSUED BY DOGS are teaming up with fellow newcomers, 1000 Beasts – The Collective, for a very special midnight show in Whelan’s on 12th October.
Founded by “Cian”, a well-established freelance musician, pianist and producer in his own right who has toured internationally and worked at the highest level in his native Irish music industry and abroad, 1000 Beasts is an alt-electro/alt-pop project collaborating with different acts and artists (“The Beasts”) on every release. 1000 Beasts will be making their debut appearance at Hard Working Class Heroes 2017, hot on the heels of Nialler 9-approved debut tracks ‘Wonderland (feat. Briony)’ and ‘Got This Feeling (Remix) feat. Ryan O’Shaughnessy’.
