ESSIRAY w/ FRIENDS

+ PIPPA MALONY, SAOIRSE MILLER & HANNAHBELLA

Whelan’s Upstairs • Sat 16th March 2024

On March 16th ESSIRAY hosts an exciting new night in Whelans dedicated to spotlighting the emerging talents of Irish female artists in the dynamic realm of live electronic music performance. Experience the sounds of a rising wave of female producers and artists who are reshaping the landscape of alternative dance music. ESSIRAY enthusiastically shares insights on this upcoming event:

“I strongly believe there is a need for more spaces in Dublin that celebrate and promote inclusivity, specifically for female and non-binary individuals. Our city deserves nights that aren’t predominantly male-dominated, providing an opportunity to spotlight the emerging talents in our country. Currently, there’s a gap when it comes to events that seamlessly blend dance music with live performance elements. It’s a fresh and exciting concept that brings something new to the scene.”
