Whelan’s Upstairs
Doris were formed in the early 2000’s as a 3 piece acoustic band but with the addition of new members they quickly changed to more of an up tempo rock band. During the mid 00’s doirs enjoyed huge success with many sell out headline shows In Whelans, The Village and the Academy and many venues all over the country. During this time doris released their debut single Will I Ever Learn which reached 22 in the Irish singles charts followed by top 40 singles Stop and Only The Good Ones. Following on from this doris released their eagerly awaited debut album The Working Title late 2009, which recently has been released on all major streaming platforms. Following a break of a few years doris are back with the release of a new single in May 2023 and also a headline show in Whelans Upstairs venue on May 26th.
