AINDRIAS DE STAIC & CR AVERY
AINDIAS DE STAIC
& CR AVERY
Safe Sex & Unprotected Poetry
Comedic sharp-tongued raconteur and virtuoso violinist, Aindrias de Staic, meets the raw and dynamic Rock & Roll matador, C.R. Avery, for their select tour of Ireland. Expect the ultimate experience of Sham-poetry, Hip-hopping mayhem as these two clash and trash out their exchange of words and music in a unique verbal event.
Aindrias’ rich n rare style of fiddle playing is as unique to the west of Ireland as his story-telling, antics and humour. Described as “a wild-eyed shock of Celtic unpredictability,” he blends stories with a range of Italian, Greek and gypsy music. C.R. Avery is a unique and inspiring performer, considered a national treasure in Canada. His genius lies in many genres – blues, hip-hop, spoken word and rock & roll. He is a one-man band, but one for this generation; with the rare ability to sing poetic verse while beat-boxing simultaneously while pounding the piano and adding harmonica like a plot twist.
Don’t miss this unique opportunity to join award winning artists C.R. and Aindrias as they team up for a rip-roaring, eclectic and highly entertaining tour of Ireland!
