Jonny Reid hails from the small town of Portaferry in the north coast of Ireland. 2021 saw the release of his long awaited Debut album ‘Another Life’ which reached number 1 on Australia’s iTunes country charts and a respectable number 3 on the all genres charts.
Having previously opened for acts such as The Coronas (IRE) Hermitage Green (IRE), The Whistlin’ Donkeys (IRE) Nanci Griffith (USA), Ritchie Sambora (USA) Bonnie Bishop (USA) & Andrew Swift (Australia) Reid is no stranger to performing live
2023 seen the release of his new single ‘Portaferry’ and the first since joining up with the high in demand Australian producer Michael J.Bono (Avril Lavigne/Blink 182) creating a very fresh anthem. An electric live performer and a busy touring schedule 2024 looks to be the Irish troubadour’s biggest yet.
