The LYCAN SESSIONS is a new once a month metal night in Whelan’s upstairs venue, celebrating and promoting Irish metal bands from across the country.
The first session kicks off Thurs, Nov 6th with Snowblind Ireland and Theories Divide.
The event is completely FREE for anyone who leaves a comment on the event page
We’re delighted to have SWARTZHOGG sponsoring the night with some tasters and a chance to win a €50 voucher for the bar for the next session.

SNOWBLIND

Snowblind are a three piece heavy metal band from Dublin, Ireland. Their music combines elements of progressive, thrash and classic metal. Formed in early 2012 by guitarist Sean Boland and drummer Jake McCarthy, the pair recruited Ian Mckeon on bass and vocals to complete the formidable power trio formation. The band have since been gigging regularly, and are well established on the Irish metal scene.
