Amy Ellen is part of the emerging Irish indie-folk scene. Hailing from Dublin, she met her band-mates through BIMM.

In September of 2018 , Amy played her first show in Whelan’s as part of ‘All in this together’ charity event, sharing the stage with Elkin and Pete Pamf. This led to more support slots and showcase gigs such as The Crystal Skull Sessions, FlutterTone Sessions and The We Bloom Sessions.

In the past year She has opened for Leila Jane, Emma Langford, and Fields, in addition to playing a headline show at The Underground for the launch of her debut single ‘’ My Heart’’.

Amy Ellen is set to release an EP mid 2020, with her second single ‘’It’s Time’’due to be released on March 6th.

Blue Fish Diamond formed in late 2016. In October 2018, they released their debut album From Dark to Light, which Hot Press Magazine described as “essential listening for those who like their music powerful and heartfelt”. The band’s latest single Morning Star was released in October 2019. Their music has been played on radio across the country including on RTE Radio 1, Radio Nova, Cork’s Red FM, KCLR, Galway Bay FM and Midlands 103FM.

Blue Fish Diamond’s influences include Neil Young, R.E.M., The Go-Betweens and Leonard Cohen. They have played at many Dublin music venues  including Whelan’s, The Workmans Club and The Grand Social. In 2018, they played at Electric Picnic and they have also played at music festivals in Dublin and Cork.
