“A beautiful record –contemplative, rich-voiced, soulful and indicative of the gathering maturity in Lucy’s music” **** -Q Lucy Rose is very pleased to announce details of a full tour of the UK later this year. The British folk artist, who released her acclaimed third album Something’s Changing last week through Communion Records, will follow a current Worldwide Cinema Tour with a 20-date headline run of the UK in November. The shows kick off in Bristol at St Georges on the 1stNovember, and stretch through to Southampton’s Engine Rooms on the 24thNovember. The tour also includes a night in Dublin at Whelan’s on the 11thNovember, and London’s O2 Shepherds Bush Empire on the 3rdNovember. Tickets for all shows go on sale on Friday 14th July through www.lucyrosemusic.com Something’s Changing is accompanied by a stunning short documentary, acting as a fly-on-the-wall account of Lucy’s debut tour of Latin America last year. The trip, organised independently by Lucy with the help of her Latin American fans, became a huge inspiration for the record and the film is an intimate account of how it all came together.Lucy previewed the new record with a full tent at Glastonbury last month, and will hit the main stage at Latitude and Longitude festivals later this month. A short run of dates in the US and Canada follows in October.
