Described as “Psychedelic Pop” by debut listener, Daniel Montague O’Brien, Lű Tysky attempt to recapitulate the too often forgotten sounds of the psychedelic/progressive music of the 60s and 70s. Whether successful or not, they have become moderately known locally for dressing in the garments of this era and omitting the care-free vibe of the times.
Lű Tysky is made up of a group of friends who also play instruments and will exchange music general chit-chat with the audience for their entertainment. Not too much chit-chat however, as our general objective is to play music. If we only spoke to the audience, it’d be more of a play or stand-up comedy and I will stress that this is not our intention. We are musicians.
