Karen will perform her exciting new songs in a rollercoaster of styles from hip-hop to pop, jazz to country, French ballad to blue-grass and gospel, finishing with a moving rock anthem that will make you feel as if you can change the world. In a show filled with melody and mischief, this former member of comedy act ‘The Nualas’ promises a night of passion, laughter and endless surprises. Don’t miss this hot, chic chanteuse with a zippy line in laughs. Voilà la Charlatanne! With: Cian Boylan (piano/keyboards) Damian Evans (double bass) Dave Whyte (Spanish & jazz guitar) Guy Rickarby (drums and percussion) Brendan Doyle (alto saxophone, clarinet and flute) Biog: Dubbed “post-modern diva and goddaughter of Finland”, Karen has toured extensively throughout Finland, where she was visiting artist with Rakastajat-teatteri, Pori, for the last three years.
