Jamie Adam is an solo electronic artist hailing from county Meath. He combines reverb laden melodic vocals with 80’s style synthesizers and guitar arperggios to create alternative pop songs that pack a punch. He plays live with his band the Nocturnal Duo (Jonny Byrne, Conor Beirth) to an Ableton live synced drum set up. Adam’s music translates well to the live stage with his gigs known to have the audience moving uncontrollably from start to finish. He is releasing his new single ‘Last Ones Down’ on the 12th of October 2018, the third release to come from his debut album Melodic Electronic which is scheduled for release in early 2019. He marks the release of this single with a special single launch night at Dublin’s historic Whelans upstairs venue on Thursday 18th October with support from Sonif.
This release follows Adam’s two previous single releases, ‘The Power’ in February 2018 and ‘Cool Blood’ in July 2018, the latter of which was picked up by 8radio, 98fm, 2fm, Wandsworth Radio London and Remy bestofmusicandfilm blog .

Sonif is the project started by Ben Higgins in 2015.
In an attempt to create a dark and dreamlike atmosphere, jangling guitars and harmonic vocal melodies are at the forefront of his compositions.
Armed with only a guitar, laptop and microphone he is making the most of what he has in his small bedroom in Dublin, Ireland.
Sonif takes inspiration from a variety of bands and artists from all over the globe and spread across a wide range of genres. The biggest influences in the Sonif project is the company around him. Visual artists, DJs, Electronic Producers and Classical Musicians all play a huge role in terms of the way Higgins looks at music and art as a whole.
