Team’s new album The Scene Between, the band’s first in 4+ years, will be out on 30th March via Memphis Industries. To celebrate Buzzfeed will be hosting a week of videos starting with What Dyou Say? . The videos have been directed by a host of different film makers hand-picked by Go! Team band leader Ian Parton including Michael Robinson and long term collaborator James Slater plus sees Ian chipping in with one himself. The Scene Between sees Ian Parton going back to The Go! Team’s roots; he wrote, performed, and produced the entire album himself, with the help of singers from around the world. With a heavy focus on melody and with samples treated as instruments rather than the basis for the songs themselves, The Scene Between is one of the finest albums in The Go! Team catalogue yet.
