To celebrate the band will play a special Midnight Hour headline show upstairs in Whelan’s on Saturday November 25th. Tickets on the door are €10, but you can get in for FREE be clicking ‘Going’ on the event page and posting SOAK in the comments section below.
The brainchild of David Anthony McGeown, BODIES have spent time cultivating their sound; drawing influence from the likes of Radiohead, Manchester Orchestra & Sigur Ros. Originally a solo project and now expanded to a 4 piece live band, expect wild sonic soundscapes coupled with evocative and sometimes poignant lyrics.
SOAK was recorded in Clique Recordings, Kildare by David Prendergast and features contributions from members of Overhead, The Albatross,Lilac Glass, Squarehead and Kid Karate
