BIO

Tommy and Lorrie Harden moved to Nashville from Steamboat Springs, Co. in the early ’90’s with hopes and dreams of being in the music business full time. Lorrie had always loved to sing, so the first thing on their “wish list” was for Lorrie to make an album…. somehow.  Tommy said, “Once I am established as a drummer and in other capacities in the music business, we will work on it…..I promise.” Then came the lovely children – one after the other – six in total (yes, six!), the oldest being twenty and the youngest, seven.  Naturally Lorrie’s career was put on hold to raise them and Tommy was determined to support his growing family. Upon arriving in Nashville, because of his talent, Tommy immediately became a very successful and well known musician, an “A list” studio player, writer, producer as well as a touring musician with Reba McEntire for thirteen years and he still tours with her today. Tommy played drums for the best, both live and in the studio. As a session player, he has been on number one songs by Justin Moore, James Otto, Lee Brice, Big and Rich, Kip Moore and has recorded with Reba, Alan Jackson, Waylon Jennings and countless other artists. At one time, he played on the number one and number two songs on the Billboard chart!  During this time, Tommy was able to build a studio in their home so that he could still work whilst spending more time with his family. Tommy Harden is unique in that he actually has six roles – Touring musician, studio musician, writer, producer, singer and father!!!!! Whilst Tommy was building his career, Lorrie was home with the kids, singing in the kitchen and one day, her oldest asked “Mama why don’t you do what Papa does?” Lorrie answered, “Because I am raising you and your brothers…”to which her daughter said, “Why can’t you do both?” That was a life-changing statement that led to the formation of LOST HOLLOW. Lorrie says “Tommy and I initially set out to record a cd for me but we couldn’t find songs that fit, so we started writing for ourselves.” In the process of writing, Tommy and Lorrie penned two songs that landed on Reba’s ‘Duets’ cd.   ‘Sleeping with a Telephone’ (with Faith Hill) and ‘Everyday People’ which Reba recorded with Carole King.  Lorrie says “This one was especially sweet for me because Carole was one of my idols.” Tommy and Lorrie also started writing regularly with A list writers and during one of his sessions with Ben Caver, Lorrie found a song that she said to Tommy would be perfect for her CD, but this one she wanted to do as a duet with Tommy.  When they recorded it, the blend was magic and LOST HOLLOW was born. We started passing out songs to people.  Soon we were hearing reactions and tweets such as ‘I’m obsessed,’…. ‘can’t stop listening”…..”This is amazing music.” LOST HOLLOW are amazing…Lorrie’s voice is exquisite – the harmonies are beautiful and captivating …….listen to their music and you will agree. The duo is signed to RENDER RECORDS out of Nashville and Los Angeles and are now setting their sights on the UK and Europe.  Tommy and Lorrie say “We have made a couple of trips over there and just adore it.  The people are so lovely and we are planning to go back in May and again in September. We plan our trips when Reba is not touring and cannot wait to perform our music to a new audience and make new fans and friends. We are so excited!” *** REBA McENTIRE:  “I’ve been very fortunate to work with Tommy as my drummer for several years and I’ve gotten to record several songs written by Tommy and Lorrie.  They are very talented and I’m extremely proud of both of them.”
