Kathleen’s unique vocal style has been inspired by a wide range of music, from Joni Mitchell to Aretha Franklin, from folk to gospel. Her trump card is her unique delivery in making every song sound as if it is a privately shared confidence. Immersed in music and story-telling from a young age, Kathleen takes inspiration from her homeland and the influences of her sister Juliet Turner, in her songs. Her lyrics incite dialogue, instill hope and simply entertain, with strong hooks and memorable melodies in ‘Panic’ and ‘On the Floor’.
