Grammy award winning singer/songwriter Jim Lauderdale is one of the most respected artists working in the Bluegrass, Country and Americana music communities, Jim helped lay out the blueprint for the Americana movement of the ’90s, earning high critical marks for an eclectic series of albums that spanned hard country, slick pop, rootsy rock & roll, blues, folk, R&B, and bluegrass. His songs have been huge successes for many artists including George Strait, Patty Loveless and George Jones and he is considered one of Nashville’s “A” list of songwriters. Jim has also had his music featured on the TV show Nashville and has toured with Elvis Costello, Lucinda Williams, he has collaborated with Dr Ralph Stanley and Robert Hunter.
