CASUAL AGENDA

http://www.casualagenda.com Raw, ballsy, grit. Allow Casual Agenda to take you on a first class journey from 60s mod to its late 70s revival. They’ll show you some rather nice elements of punk and alternative rock before bringing you to a stop at the indie terminal, and making you smile. Hailing from the West Midlands, UK, this band have been ear marked as ones to watch for 2016. They’ve gained great support fast and have headlined venues all over the UK such as The Cavern (Liverpool), Camden Rocks (London), The O2 Academy (Birmingham) and The Kasbash (Coventry) whilst supporting established signed artists (most recently Bruce Foxton’s From The Jam, November 21st 2015). Their self-titled EP has gained them a large local following, as well as radio airplay on BBC and in countries as far away as Canada. Just some of the feedback so far: Tom Clarke of the Enemy – “Song writing good, like the singers voice!” MusicEyz – “Defiant attitude, nonchalant sounding vocalist, a drummer that really is a bit special along with powerful basslines.” Square Wave (Gateway to Manchester’s Music Scene) – “Unique vocals. Full of energy and a brilliant stage presence.” Radical’s Rising – “A band you definitely need to check out live! Quality tunes with a bubbly yet cool arrogance.” Current single The One with video out now. — — — — —

THE KLARES

http://www.theklares.com The equally ballsy and full of grit indie rock outfit, The Klares, will open the gig. This band has had a great 2015, kicking up a storm with the release of their critically acclaimed second EP “Cookoo” – “…could very well be the first Irish band in a generation to actually get excited about.” (U&I Music Magazine). In 2013, they recorded their first EP “Dirty Birds” and turned heads with feedback such as this from GoldenPlec, “this EP is tightly condensed, rough round the edges in a good way and full of youthful self-assuredness. It all adds up to confirmation that The Klares have a raw potential and are ones to watch.” *10% of each ticket sold will go to SVP
