Hailing from Pittsburgh and fresh off a four-year run touring the US and Europe, Zack Keim brings the soulful indie-folk melodies of his new album, Battery Lane (released via CAAMP’s label). Described by Shindig! Magazine as a blend of Lou Reed’s pop hooks and a singular, plaintive voice, Keim’s performance is a masterclass in the art of starting over.
Opening the night is Dublin’s own Kenan Flannery, who carries the torch of the Irish ballad tradition into the modern day. Drawing deep influence from his upbringing in traditional storytelling, Kenan weaves haunting narratives and honest lyrics that bridge the gap between old-world heritage and contemporary folk.
