plus support
Whelan’s Upstairs • Fri 2nd June 2023
Plastic Cowboys are an indie rock band based in Dublin, who formed in 2019. Their ever evolving sound has featured elements of garage rock, indie shimmer, and disco beats.
They have used their time during the Covid-19 pandemic to write, record and release their two EP’s ‘Splinter’ and ‘title’ including singles such as, ‘None Like You’, ‘Clichéd Ciggy Smoker’ and ‘Mundane Ecstasy’.
Since the pandemic they have returned to the stage, playing shows in venues such as Whelan’s, Workman’s and The Sugar Club
With over 130k streams on Spotify, features on several Spotify Editorial playlists and new music in the works this is an exciting time for the band as they cement their name on the list of ‘One’s To Watch’.
