Orla Monelle is an independent Pop/R&B artist, born in Belgium and now based in Dublin. At just seventeen, she moved to Ireland to begin her musical journey, crafting a sound that blends emotional storytelling with smooth, contemporary pop and R&B. With over 200,000 Spotify streams and support from playlists like New Music Friday UK and R&B Fresh Finds, her music has also been played on RTÉ 2FM, BBC Radio 1Xtra, Spin 1038, Today FM, and BBC Radio Ulster.
Known for her intimate and captivating live shows, Orla has performed across Ireland and the UK, including Sofar Sounds Belfast and The Ruby Sessions Dublin. Backed by her band, she brings a rich, full sound to the stage, creating a live experience that feels both powerful and personal.
To celebrate the release of her debut EP, ‘Romanticise’, Orla plays a special headline show at Little Whelan’s on May 28th, an intimate night marking the start of this new chapter.
