MDR are a five-piece indie rock band hailing from Cork and Tipperary. With their unique blend of eclectic sounds and diverse musical tastes, MDR crafts a unique listening experience that appeals to a wide audience. At the centre of their music is a focus on the universal experience of coming of age.
Their sound is an exciting fusion of various influences, from indie rock to alternative folk. In their writing process, MDR taps into their own experiences of self-discovery, relationships, and navigating new life challenges.
As performers, MDR brings an energy that encourages audiences to let loose, dance and let their hair down. With their debut single, Sleeptalk, already out, MDR is set to carve out their place in the Irish indie scene.
