In 2022, the band took on unimaginable proportions with the single “ACORDA PEDRINHO”, but their success was already consolidated with other hits such as “Pontos de Exclamação” and “Algum Ritmo”. Their music reached the top viral song in the world, had the most searched song on Google BR 2022, and got the 1st position of Billboard BR and the principal streaming platforms in Brazil and Portugal. The Brazilians were still nominated in five categories in the main music award in Brazil called “Prêmio Multishow”: Group of the Year, Revelation of The Year, Revelation of The Year, Hit Of The Year and TVZ Clip of The Year, and also played at the main music festivals, including Rock In Rio Brazil and Lisbon, and Primavera Sound.
Currently, JD is on tour with their first and acclaimed album and will celebrate the closing of “Acorda Pedrinho TOUR” in the main stages of Europe.
