In February 2024, Gemma Cox & Rachel Grace were both chosen to support Gavin James on the Amsterdam leg of his acoustic tour, becoming friends along the way. On Saturday May 17th, they will be reuniting to perform their own original songs as well as performing together.

Gemma Cox is a singer-songwriter from Kildare, channeling dreamy alt pop inspired by Regina Spektor, Sara Bareilles, Orla Gartland and the Japanese House. Gemma’s latest EP tells the all-too-familiar tale of falling for your friend, and coming to terms with losing a friendship. After being selected to support Gavin James on the Amsterdam leg of his acoustic tour, she performed at Electric Picnic, Other Voices and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She recently performed at the Ruby Sessions and on the Six O’clock show on Virgin Media which aired on Valentine’s Day. Her EP “Never Knew I Wanted” is out now.

Rachel Grace is a twenty-two year old singer-songwriter from Wexford. She has spent the last couple of years carving out a reputation as one of Ireland’s most promising songwriters.
She has played some of Ireland’s favourite venues and supported artists such as Gavin James, Jack L, Wallis Bird and Roisin O. She has also played several shows in London with Ashley Campbell and was chosen by Gavin James as the support act for his sold out show in Amsterdam as part of Three Ireland’s music initiative.
The coming months are set to be quite busy for the songwriter, with the release of multiple singles in the lead up the release of her debut album which was produced by Gavin Glass in Orphan Recording Studios.
