Funny Women has been a leading female comedy community since 2002. The annual Funny Women Awards have launched a few comedy headliners along the way and act as an incredible showcase for the best and brightest of comedy talent across stage, screen, and page. The 2025 Awards are sponsored by BBC Studios’ digital comedy channel, Funny Parts.
Funny Women are excited to host the Dublin heat of The Stage Award, hosted by comedy writers Val Troy and Orla Diamantino. The funniest acts emerging from all 12 heats across Ireland, the UK, and Europe will progress to the semi-finals in August 2025.
