Emmet O Brien is a celebrated voice in Ireland’s spoken word scene, Emmet is known for his viral performances such as The North Side and Dirty Dublin, as well as several acclaimed books. His work has taken him to stages across Europe and festivals like Electric Picnic, Body & Soul, and All Together Now, with projects ranging from mental health murals in Temple Bar to poetry workshops in Mountjoy Prison.
He will be presenting captivating new work at the event which has not performed before, and promises to leave the audience wanting more. His annual End of Year Recap show keeps growing, and this will be the biggest yet. Expect an unforgettable evening of spoken word, poetry, and performance — but a celebration of rhythm, language, and connection.
