ALKY is an indie rock artist from Dublin, Ireland. His debut single in August 2024, ‘Dirty Tricks’, introduced listeners to his signature style—an infectious blend of uptempo rock and driving rhythms, juxtaposed with introspective lyrics and a laid back vocal style, exemplifying the indie rock genre.
His follow-up release in September 2024, ‘All Because of Love’, further showcased ALKY’s ability to combine “feel good” rock with themes of melancholy and loss.
‘Perfect,’ the third single released in November 2024, explores the complexities of relationships and self-discovery, themes that resonate strongly in his work. Sonically, ‘Perfect’ is as bright as it is atmospheric, brimming with piano hooks, synth and suspenseful string arrangements.
