Red Spot 15 Year Old Single Spot Still

A whiskey that has been matured in a combination of American Bourbon casks, Sherry butts and Sicilian Marsala wine casks. Its name originates from the Mitchell family’s whiskey bonding business, whereby different casks would be marked with a spot of paint, such as; Blue Spot, Green Spot, Yellow Spot & Red Spot. Until now, this whiskey had yet to be revived, however, it gives us great pleasure to welcome its return.

Martell V.S.

Gold medal winner at the Cognac Masters 2023! This young, bright Cognac has been aged for an average of two years. Offers delectable notes of caramel, vanilla fudge, green grapes, mocha coffee, black tea leaves, and dark chocolate. Some subtle floral and fruity (pear, apple, apricot and peach) notes also can be found.

Beefeater Pink Strawberry

Beefeater Pink Strawberry is our vibrant strawberry gin. It’s made using the same recipe as the original Beefeater London Dry (The World’s Most Awarded Gin), with an infusion of natural strawberry flavouring to give it a fruity, strawberry twist.

The soft fruit flavours of strawberry tune perfectly with the classic notes of juniper and citrus to produce a finely balanced contemporary London gin with a hit of sweet strawberry.

Beefeater London Dry Gin

One London distillery, nine stills and as many botanicals make The World’s Most Awarded Gin, under the supervision of the world’s most experienced Master Distiller, Desmond Payne.

A quintessential London Dry Gin, Beefeater has a remarkably clean flavour, with a bold juniper character that is balanced with strong notes of citrus.

Based on Founder, James Burrough’s original 19th century recipe, the botanicals in Beefeater London Dry are steeped for 24 hours prior to distillation resulting in a complex, yet perfectly balanced gin of depth & integrity.

With over 200 years’ distilling heritage, Beefeater Gin was born and bred in the heart of London, where it remains today, as the only historic dry gin still distilled in the city.

Knappogue Castle Sherry Finish 16 Year Old Single Malt

The 16 year old Knappogue Castle is a fantastic single malt that has been made using unpeated barley and was triple distilled at Bushmills distillery. A first period of maturation was done in ex-Bourbon barrels before and final marrying and finishing period in Oloroso Sherry casks. A limited release, this new bottling has more sherry cask influence and is bottled at 43%.

Tito’s

It all started in Austin, Texas in the mid-90s, on the very same land where we sit today. It’s been over twenty-five years, but we still make it in batches, use old-fashioned pot stills, and taste-test every batch to make sure you get only the best.

Knappogue Castle 14 Year Old Single Malt

Master winner at the Irish Whiskey Masters 2023! This is both richer and more complex than the standard twelve year old Knappogue Castle. Named ‘Twin Wood’ because both Bourbon and Sherry cask types have been used for the maturation. It seems that the sherry casks have added to the body and depth and also brought some spice and dried fruit flavours. Like most of the current Knappogue Castle whiskeys this was made using unpeated, triple distilled single malt whiskey from a Northern Irish distillery. Limited numbers were made of this whiskey and it is bottled un-chilfiltered and at 46%.
