Join D. Cullen in his debut headline show as he launches his latest single “Alright”.
D. Cullen is a singer/songwriter from Dublin. He has wowed audiences for a decade under various guises, most recently with his band The New 52, who split in 2019 after releasing the acclaimed album ‘Let Me Sleep’ in 2016 and a string of Number 1 iTunes singles & EP’s (2017’s ‘I Am’ and 2018’s ‘Green EP’ and ‘Helter Skelter’). Under his new moniker, he has already released the singled ‘The Rising Tide’ & ‘My Face’ during the year, and racked up an impressive list of support slots with acts such as Bry and Kieron Goss & Annie Kinsella.
“Alright” was produced by the legendary Boo Hewerdine (Eddi Reader/The Bible/Chris Difford/Sia), and features an impressive list of guest musicians, including Boo himself, Jenny Wade of the Dublin Gospel Choir, Rebecca Geary & Cormac O’Neill of Sick Love, and many many more. The song is a gospel-tinged anthem that promises to be a show stopping singalong in the live arena.
