NASHVILLE – The Country Music Association’s CMA Songwriters Series is returning to the U.K. and Ireland in February of 2013. The BMI & Gibson Guitars present CMA Songwriters Series featuring Kristian Bush, Brett James, Chris Young, and host Bob DiPiero, will play dates in Dublin, Belfast, and London.

The CMA Songwriters Series began in 2005 in New York and has expanded to cities across the United States including Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., and Phoenix. The Series was taken to the U.K. for the first time in February of 2012 and was met with much acclaim.

“With the successful debut of the CMA Songwriters Series in the U.K. and Ireland earlier this year, fans across the pond proved that they are passionate about Country Music,” said Steve Moore, CMA Chief Executive Officer. “We look forward to taking this Series overseas once again and introducing more of our fantastic songwriters to fans abroad.”
