Led by saxophonist and composer Nick Roth, Yurodny perform contemporary interpretations of traditional music from Eastern Europe and the Near East alongside new works from composers inspired by these traditions.

Fresh from a spate of electrifying performances at the Bern Strassenmusik Festival in Switzerland, Yurodny continue to push the envelope and explore further afield, with voyages into the worlds of Bela Bartok, nu-electronica, Dmitri Shostakovich, noise art and John Zorn, as well as continued investigation into Macedonian, Bulgarian, Serbian, Klezmer and Romanian traditional dance forms. ************************ NSKB was formed on the North side of Dublin in the Winter of 2005. An instrumental band who play a mix of original and traditional material influenced predominantly by the music of Romania and Bulgaria. The band has played to critical acclaim in many of the leading venues and festivals at home and abroad with their live shows being lauded for their high energy levels and explosive musicianship.
