The North Sea are a Dublin based alt/rock band influenced by Irish alternative acts such as Whipping Boy, A House and Into Paradise. Since the release of their debut EP in 2012, the quintet have been busy crafting their sound and steadily gathering a large following. They recently released their debut single ‘In Love’ on ITunes and 7” vinyl , which was named track of the fortnight in Hotpress magazine, receive’s regular radio play and garnished great review’s from blogs like The Thin Air, The Last Mixed Tape, The Point of everything and State.ie to name a few. Their yet un-named debut album is due for release this Spring. Recorded live to tape in order to capture their live sound, it was produced by Grammy Award winning Irish producer David Odlum at Black Box Studios in France. The North play this date to launch their new single “Drinking Alone” which is available on iTunes on the 27th of February
