PROUDFOOT, Ireland’s premier Soul and Funk band, return to Whelans on Saturday 28th January for another midnight gig. Fronted by the brilliant and charismatic Gerard Proudfoot , who in turn is backed up by a 9-piece band made up of some of the most talented and dedicated musicians in Ireland, PROUDFOOT are intent on bringing the power of Soul to the masses. Delivering high impact sound and a show to remember, their performances are exceptional.  Influenced by the likes of Otis Redding, Stevie Wonder, Bobby Byrd and Jimmy Bo Horne, this band of accomplished musicians put everything into their performances and their love of Soul and Funk.
