Rachel has been bringing her beautifully crafted folk-noir across the globe for the last four years. She has supported likes of John Grant, KT Tunstall, Stornoway, Mumford and Sons, Ron Sexsmith and Elvis Costello and made appearances at festivals such as Green Man, Cambridge Folk Fest, Wickerman, Woodford Folk Fest, Iceland Airwaves and Calgary Folk Festival. If you aren’t familiar with Rose Cousins- she’s Canadian JUNO award winner for her last album, We have Made a Spark, which also won 2 Canadian Folk Music Awards, ECMA, Nova Scotia and PEI Music awards, Polaris Long list nomination and was voted NPRs Top Americana & Folk album and recognized by USA Today, Oprah Magazine, Ent Weekely, Folk Alley, Sirius XM among others. . The Mae Trio are a young Melbourne based three piece, fast making a name for themselves on the Australian and international music scene.
