NIALL CASH

plus support ^ Upstairs ^ ‘Singer-songwriter from Wexford Ireland, currently studying songwriting in BIMM Dublin. Niall has supported Walking On Cars and The Original Rudeboys in the past and has been playing in venues such as The Button Factory, Whelans, The Workmans Club and The Bello Bar in the past two years. He was nominated as ‘Best Solo Male Act 2015’ for Pure M Awards also. Gathering a band behind him for his debut EP he developed his music into a indie/folk/pop sound gathering influences from the likes of James Bay, Ben Howard and The Coronas. In May 2016 he then released an EP called ‘Frames Have Cracked’ which peaked at number 1 in the Irish singer-songwriter charts on iTunes. Following the release Niall was invited over to New York to play two gigs where his music was warmly welcomed. Niall’s EP ‘Frames Have Cracked’ is available on iTunes, Spotify and soundcloud. The OB Blog (EP Review): ‘It seems that every few years the Irish music scene is introduced to a new up and coming radio friendly pop-rock act. Think of the Coronas and more recently Walking On Cars. Niall Cash may just be next in line on this Irish pop-rock conveyer belt.’ Musicwand (Live Review): ‘this guy has great stage appeal, vocal range and musicianship and he offered up a few great crowd pleasing numbers from start to finish’
