SEAN OB

https://www.facebook.com/SeanOBband   Sean OB (Sean O’Brien) is a songwriter, multi-talented musician and producer. At age 14, he started a hardcore-punk band Klerks which toured Ireland and caused a succession of all-ages gigs to be shutdown due to riotous behaviour at shows. At 18, Sean travelled to New Zealand and earned a living playing in bars and busking on the streets. In 2008, he returned to Dublin to set up the punk-ska trio Trap Door and they released the critically-acclaimed EP ‘Lata Town’. In 2012, he joined Raglans playing guitar, mandolin and singing backing vocals as they toured the UK and Ireland extensively, leading to the release of the top 5 self-titled debut album. Throughout, he has been writing and creating demoes obsessively in a home studio. He now has an arsenal of unreleased material, one of which was a BBC radio 6 pick Of the week last year, which will be released under the moniker Sean OB. He is now performing live shows with a 4-piece band with plans to release an EP produced by Rob Kirwan (Hozier/The Horrors) in 2017. Sean OB’s new sound has been described as “Buddy Holly meets Jamie T”. — — — — —

BRAIN DONATION

http://www.facebook.com/braindonationmusic “Brain Donation are a 3 piece powerhouse of hard hitting, no nonsense alternative rock. Their close harmonies, grungy guitar, sucker-punching bass lines and heavy dance beats produce an enormous sound that could drive even the most miserable of men to dance.” Their debut EP is available on Spotify, Itunes and all other major online outlets.
