plus guest BEAR COATL/B/W are celebrating the joint-second grandest stretch in the evening with a gig upstairs in Whelans on Friday 20th June. L/B/W have been honing their funky electronic pop with the addition of tenor and alto sax of late and we’re happy to say that Cillian and Dina (aka Jazzmergency) will be joining us for our fourth outing in this particular formation.
L/B/W will be playing lots of stuff that they are currently working on for their album – portentously titled BOOM! – which is due to be finished by the end of the summer, including future earworms We All Partied, Big Time and Don’t Leave Me Hangin’.
Bear Coat will be joining L/B/W on the night, fresh from the releasing their first music to the outer world, the eminently hummable and thoroughly rollicking Black Hills.
